North Korea seems to be inclined to be belligerent until someone pays them off.

1) Recently they have launched a mediam range missile 1200 miles down range (towards Pearl Harbor no doubt.)

2) They resumed production of Plutonium in their Weapons Program. This capability was originally supplied by the Clinton administration in 1992 I believe. CIA estimates that they have enough Plutonium currently for 4 to 5 weapons. I believe this is a lie, and is seriously underestimated.

3) They have launched 5 medium range missiles today.

4) The have conducted progressive underground nuclear tests, and now are getting 'high-order' yields.



5) They sell weapons to Iran and other aggressive nations.

6) They have recently rejected food aid programs which means there probably is a developing human rights issue. The nation is a dictatorship.

7) China has joined the world in verbally condemning North Korea for its recent actions, but has a history of blocking efforts to control this explosive situation.
