The policies that you have set in place as head of Ebay and Paypal have all but destroyed my California based company. Your policy to, without question shut down an EBAY store for copyright infringement has created catastrophic losses to White Lightning LLC. Your Policy to, without question suspend a Paypal account has also created losses for my California LLC. I understand that fraudulent activities should not go unpunished and internet fraud is in fact a serious crime for illegitimate businesses. I am proud to say that our business is not such.
I would like to inform you that the EBAY copyright infringement claim was false. In fact, I own this copyright, Serial number: 77303055 mark: WHITE LIGHTNING docket no 933-47--001 as registered in the US Patent and Trademark www.uspto.gov office and without question you suspended the EBAY account that my company invested over $30,000 USD in order to create and maintain. Yet still, My Ebay account is disabled. WHO SHUTS YOU DOWN FOR WHAT YOU DID HERE?
If this is not bad enough, your Paypal Policies that allowed you to shut down and freeze a bank account at will, has again created insurmountable damages to my company. I have been in business for 4 years and have used Paypal and Ebay as my primary sales platform. Due to higher than normal sales activities Your Paypal policy dictates that my account be shut down and placed under review. Another fear is that the wealth you generated as Chairman at Paypal and EBAY and the practices of how you obtained that wealth, may spill over into the business sector of California. Again Your policies are the reason why my company has created this web page with all intent to beg for money.
I now ask that you run, run away from California, run away from politics and run away from America to whatever country Paypal exists, as it is not a California nor American based company and is neither federally backed.

Whitman was NOT a McCain supporter in the primaries, she was active as a co-chair in the campaign of Mitt Romney.
Her only notable charitable donations involve gifting $30 million to her alma mater Princeton university .....while eBay founder Pierre Omidyar has donated hundreds of millions to fund microfinance around the world and created the Omidyar Network.
Whitman lost billions of dollars when she overpaid for Skype.
Whitman was instrumental in purchasing a stake in CraigsList, despite the remaining shareholders' objections....then proceeded to sue CraigsList.
eBay stole the patented technology that allowed the "Buy It Now" button to work properly (end a current auction with a purchase immediately), then fought to keep using it without paying the patent holder. Then continued to use it despite an order to cease, and eventually paid millions in a settlement....all under the direction of Whitman.
During her tenure at eBay, Whitman oversaw the #1 and #2 ranking sites for internet fraud, phishing and identity theft (eBay #1.....Paypal #2). BTW, that's bad, it means those sites have the most fraud, not the least.
Despite millions of dollars of users money being stolen by fraud via eBay & Paypal, Whitman refused to implement any sort of verification process for users of eBay...for fear it would effect the stock value negatively.
Whitman has a horrible record when it comes to investing. The only two acquisitions that have resulted in good profits were former competitors - Paypal and Stubhub. Both companies that were beating eBay (in Payments and ticket auctions) were bought to reduce competition.
Paypal, which Whitman headed while at eBay, is not an FDIC insured bank.
It's not a bank at all, and the only banking charter it has is on foreign soil.
Could you imagine selling inventory assets and having Meg Whitman hold your profits until she decides you can have it? That is what her former company Paypal has done to countless times our distributors. Imagine making a sale shipping your product and getting paid 90-180 days later. This is what she has become famous for at Paypal. This is potentially what she will do if she becomes Governor of California
Meg Whitman has shown to us that she does not have the ability to properly assist the needs of a small business and she would love to get her hands on your companies money.We at White Lightning have some serious beliefs that make Meg Whitman a terrible candidate for Governor of California. We have seen countless situations were Meg Whitman's former company (Paypal) has held and refused to return funds generated through Paypal and Ebay.
We have used a combination of Paypal and Ebay payment options in the past and our business has suffered greatly by the protocols set in place by this woman's former organization. We feel that giving her one of the largest economies in America would become detrimental to the small business owner in California.

I, Dan Lorenzo fear that Meg Whitman for California Governor will hinder your business as well.
